Delivery Information

Orders made before 3pm are shipped on the same day. Orders after 3pm will be shipped the next day.

UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed via Royal Mail 1st Class postage (1-2 working days delivery).

If you're order requires further credit verification you'll receive a follow up email from us to confirm the order.

International Orders

European Orders delivery is generally within 10 working days.

International Orders delivery is 10-14 working days.

International customers may be required to pay a custom fee to your country’s customs department to receive your order. This would be the customers responsibility.

Returns Policy

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with original garment tags still attached and without odour. Orders should be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt date. Returned goods can be exchanged (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Grind City has discretion to send back any used or damaged item.

Grind City does not offer cash refunds, returns can either be exchanged for another item/size or a credit note will be issued at the value of the returned product. Postage costs are not included in the value of the credit note.
